SERVICES
BARBECUE
We bring the barbecue to you. All food served buffet style. Includes delivery and set up, all paper goods (plates, utensils, napkins, serving utensils), table coverings, and warmers or chaffing dishes if requested. Choice of one or two meats: Smoked Half-Chickens, Ribs, Pork Shoulder
Tier 1 ($150pp plus tax): One Meat, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, Caramelized Onion Cornbread, Pickles, Sauces
Tier 2 ($200pp plus tax): Two Meats, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, Caramelized Onion Cornbread, Pickles, Sauces
$150-200 per person (plus tax)
PRIVATE PARTIES
We’ll come to you and execute the dinner party of your dreams. Enjoy a seasonal three-course menu served plated or family style, starting with a salad or seasonal vegetable, entree, and dessert. All menus prepared with your dietary needs and restrictions in mind.
Choice of entree protein: Beef (+ supplement), Pork, Chicken, or Fish. We bring all plateware, you provide flatware, napkins, and serving utensils.
Sample Menu:
$200 per person (plus tax), 15 guests
$300, minimum 3 hours, 15 guests GRILLING
We’ll set up and man the grill for a minimum 3 hours and prepare whatever proteins you have (burgers, hot dogs, chicken, vegetables, etc.).
*$100 for each additional hour.
