SERVICES

BARBECUE

Authentic barbecue, slow-smoked over oak and cherry woods. All food served buffet style. Pricing includes delivery and set up, all paper goods (plates, utensils, napkins, serving utensils), table coverings, and warmers or chaffing dishes if requested. Choice of one or two meats: Smoked Half-Chickens, Ribs, Pork Shoulder

  • Tier 1 ($150pp plus tax): One Meat, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, Caramelized Onion Cornbread, Pickles, Sauces 

  • Tier 2 ($200pp plus tax): Two Meats, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, Caramelized Onion Cornbread, Pickles, Sauces

All menus are gluten free, with the exception of buns for pulled pork.

$150-200 per person (plus tax)

PRIVATE PARTIES

We’ll come to you and execute the dinner party of your dreams for up to 15 guests. Enjoy a seasonal three-course menu served plated or family style, starting with an amuse, a salad or seasonal vegetable, entree, and dessert. All menus prepared with your dietary needs and restrictions in mind, and can be made fully gluten free.

Choice of entree protein: Beef (+ supplement), Pork, Chicken, or Fish. We bring all plateware, you provide flatware, napkins, and serving utensils.

GRILLING

We’ll set up and man the grill for a minimum 3 hours and prepare whatever proteins you have (burgers, hot dogs, chicken, vegetables, etc.).

*$100 for each additional hour.
